She Is a Beauty
When you saw Bettina, you saw beauty;
you saw God’s beauty.
You saw beauty, because she saw beauty in you that no one saw;
You saw beauty because when you mentioned
suffering children in India, she wrote a check for $2000; in
all of two minutes;
not because she had money to burn; but because
she had a heart that was burning!
She was weak; yet she was strong!
She was surrounded by God’s strength; through people like Judi, Naomi, Corin, Kathy, Tania, Todd, Megan, Brian Hughes, Chris Mangold, and Darren at Guitar Center and many more;
She made me walk straighter, with my chin up and back protected;
Even cancer helped her find Life!
Her moral compass changed mine.
She is a beauty! I will miss her;
Yet I shall meet her on the beautiful shore!
*“There is a land fairer than day
and by faith you can see it afar.
For the Father waits over the way
to prepare a dwelling place there.
In the sweet by and by,
we shall meet on the beautiful shore!”*
Many of you took care of Bettina, including Naomi, Judi, Korin, Kathy, Tania, Todd, and Megan and many more. I owe you; because as you took care of Bettina, you took care of me. Thank you!

Bettina — Always lighting up the room and making one feel glad to be there at that moment. Bettina — Thanks for still lighting up the room. Blessings to Naomi, Judy, and Korin for their love, devotion, and being there, and being there, and being there —-

Thank you, Betty, for writing in… and for being there for us even from so far away.
